A kit may look simple once it reaches the customer. Producing thousands of identical kits accurately is not. Every component must arrive, inventory must be accounted for, products staged correctly, and assembly instructions followed. Finished kits must then be inspected, packaged, labeled, and distributed according to schedule. Summit manages that process from beginning to end.
